The City's after-hours our answering service can dispatch city staff for emergencies such as water leaks, traffic signal outage, debris in the road, and take messages for staff to receive the next business day.

311 is a non-emergency service and is not monitored 24/7. In the case of police, fire or medical emergencies, calls will be immediately transferred to 911 for dispatch.
