Review of and discussion on the role, responsibilities, and processes of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Lisa Kocich-Meyer, Director of Planning; Mr. Douglas Schomburg, City Planner – Development; Ms. Ruth Lohmer, City Planner – Long Range Planning; Ms. Lauren Fehr, Principal Planner; and Ms. Trisha Dang, Assistant City Attorney.

Citizens who desire to address the Planning and Zoning Commission with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time. The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.
Comments or discussion by Commissioners will only be made at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the Commission agenda.

PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 O’CLOCK P.M.: Receive and hear all persons desiring to be heard on proposed rezoning from Interim Standard Single Family Residential (R-1 I) to Permanent Standard Single Family Residential (R-1) for the Riverpark Residential areas north of Highway 59 and south of the Brazos River. Ms. Katy Goodrich, Planner II.

IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THIS PUBLIC MEETING AND YOU HAVE A DISABILITY THAT REQUIRES SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS AT THE MEETING, PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY SECRETARY, (281) 275-2730.
