Sugar Land, TX – Sugar Land police are looking for a woman who used a stolen credit card at Family Dollar Store, 7302 Scott Street, on July 27 at 8 p.m.

The woman in the video is a heavy-set, black female wearing a blue spandex tank top and grey pants.

The stolen card was taken during a robbery earlier the same day. A 48-year-old woman said she parked at Kim Gee Orthodontics, 2343 Town Center Boulevard, and exited her vehicle just before 3:30 p.m.

The woman was walking toward the dental office when she heard someone quickly approach from behind. A man grabbed her purse, and she fell to the ground.  She was dragged a short distance while still clutching the purse.  When she let go, the man left with the purse in a grey Ford passenger vehicle driven by another person.

The thief was described as a black man in his 20s, 6 feet 1 inches tall and had an afro-style haircut.

In addition to the Family Dollar Store, the stolen credit card was used at Ralston Liquor, 6724 Cullen Blvd., and Texaco, 7140 Scott Street.

Anyone with information should call the Sugar Land Police Department at (281) 275-2540 or Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers at (281) 342-TIPS (8477).
