I haven’t received my December water bill- I usually receive it at the beginning of the month.

All Greatwood and New Territory water accounts have been placed into a new meter reading cycle with the City.  Your bill may be received at a different time than you received your MUD bill, and you will have a new due date for payment.  Please check your bill closely when you receive it for the first time.  It will contain important information, such as your new account number and the due date.
