PUBLIC COMMENTS

Citizens who desire to address the Board with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time.  The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.

Comment or discussion by any member of the board shall be made only at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the board agenda in accordance with government code section 551.042.

ORIENTATION

A.

Orientation on the roles and responsibilities of the Animal Control Advisory Board.  Mr. Mike Goodrum, Director of Community and Environmental Services.

WORKSHOP

A.

Review of and discussion on Fiscal Year 2008 accomplishments, newly enacted ordinance, and annual work plan for Fiscal Year 2009.  Ms. Kathryn Ketchum, Animal Services Manager and Mr. Mike Goodrum, Director of Community and Environmental Services.
