Citizens who desire to address the Charter Commission with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time.  The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.

Comments or discussion by Commissioners will only be made at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the commission agenda

Review of and discussion on City of Sugar Land Charter.  Ms. Mary Von Tungeln, Chairman.

Consideration of and action on approval of the minutes of the City of Sugar Land Charter Review Commission meetings held on October 16, and October 21, 2008.  Ms. Glenda Gundermann, City Secretary.

IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THIS PUBLIC MEETING AND YOU HAVE A DISABILITY THAT REQUIRES SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS AT THE MEETING, PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY SECRETARY, (281) 275-2730.  REQUESTS FOR SPECIAL SERVICES MUST BE RECEIVED FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING TIME.  REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE MADE TO ASSIST YOUR NEEDS.  CITY HALL IS WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND A SLOPED CURB ENTRY IS AVAILABLE AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE, WITH SPECIALLY MARKED PARKING SPACES NEARBY.  THE COUNCIL CHAMBER IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND SPECIAL SEATING IS PROVIDED.  HEARING ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE AND THE FACILITY IS EQUIPPED WITH A HEARING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM.
