Liquid waste operators must obtain a license from the City in order to collect, transport, and/or dispose of liquid waste.
All commercial customers are required to utilize liquid waste service from a City licensed hauler.

Liquid Waste Operator's Application
— Commercial liquid waste operators collecting, transporting, or disposing of commercial liquid waste must obtain a license from the City.
