Among the key findings, the City’s sales tax was above target for quarter 1 and quarter 2 – a positive leading into the COVID-19 pandemic and its anticipated impacts. The City also hit target for all public safety measures and has hit its annual goal for donations halfway through the year.
As the COVID-19 pandemic, it is especially important to measure performance from one quarter to another to see what areas have been impacted and allow the City to take the appropriate actions needed to mitigate.
