People age 65 and older can call our Area Agency on Aging at 832-393-4301 to be put on a COVID-19 vaccine waitlist.
Texas will direct most COVID‑19 vaccines received to large sites or hubs around the state. Our community is welcome to reach out directly to the HUBs to schedule appointments.

As part of the process to operate as a State-approved COVID-19 vaccination provider, you are required to submit a site layout plan for city review. An example site layout plan is available on page two of the acknowledgment form
