Communications is actively involved in fostering partnerships with Neighborhoods and Home Owner Associations (HOA) to help build and preserve a high quality of life for Sugar Land residents. In order to ensure effective communication with your Neighborhood/HOA, please make sure we have the most up to date information. You can update your HOA's information online.

SL4B Joint CIP Program
The SL4B Joint CIP Program creates an opportunity to enhance the community through projects initiated by community based organizations (such as HOA's). Learn more about the Sugar Land 4B Corporation (SL4B).
Project Eligibility Criteria:
- Project scope must comply with State statutes & SL4B policy
- Project cannot conflict with City plans
- Applicant participation must be 50% or greater
- Applicant must provide proof of their financial ability to fund their share
- The project must be located within City limits and on public property or easement
