It is the mission of the Sugar Land Public Safety Dispatch Center, to be the lifeline for the community and fellow first responders as the primary point of contact providing emergency assistance.
Our Public Safety Dispatch professionals are cross trained to receive emergency and non-emergency calls, as well as to dispatch Police, Fire, and Medical personnel.
Each of our Men and Women are certified to provide medical protocols and trained to establish scene safety for our Field responders and Citizens.
Taja Hannibal is the Administrator responsible for the Public Safety Dispatch Center, that staffs thirty-five personnel.
