SUGAR LAND, TX - July 18, 2025 - Sugar Land Fire Marshals and the Sugar Land Police Department are investigating a fire involving multiple cars in a parking garage, and suspect the vehicles were deliberately set. It happened on July 12, 2025 at approximately 4:00 a.m. in the City Walk Parking Garage, at 16023 US-59. Arson investigators say three cars were found burning on the third floor of the parking garage. Surveillance video shows a person of interest, dressed all in black, face covered, and carrying a black backpack.
