Accident Report Eligibility
Pursuant to HB2633, CR-3 CRASH reports will only be released to:
- Driver
- Passenger
- Pedalcyclist
- Pedestrian
- Parent/legal guardian of driver
- Owner of vehicle/property damaged
- Insurance company of vehicle or person involved
- Courier service for insurance carrier
- Radio/TV station (FCC licensed)
- Newspaper (qualified to publish legal notices)
- Legal/authorized representative of any of the above.
