Captain Todd Zettlemoyer is responsible for the Professional Services Division, which includes Fleet and Uniform Services, Records, Court Services, the Detention unit and Accreditation. The division provides ancillary services to the officers of the department as well as the community.
Records
The Records Section of the Sugar Land Police Department is responsible for maintaining all records in the department including but not limited to, all offense and arrest reports and all internal records generated by the department.
Detention
The Detention Section operates the Sugar Land Police Department's detention facility. If you have a question regarding a detainee, please call 281-275-2600 and a detention officer will assist you with your inquiry.
Fleet and Uniform Services
The Fleet and Uniform section is responsible for providing uniforms and associated equipment to all sworn and civilian staff that require uniforms. This section also oversees the purchase and installation of all equipment needed to outfit the police fleet.
CALEA
CALEA (Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies). Accreditation Programs improve the delivery of public safety services, primarily by maintaining a body of standards, developed by public safety practitioners and covering a wide range of up-to-date public safety initiatives.
