Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan

The Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan identifies a city-wide network of pedestrian and bicycle facilities and accompanying support programs. The 2013 Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan replaces the 2007 Hike and Bike Trails Master Plan and expands the planned recreational network to focus on both recreational and non-recreational trips. Master Thoroughfare Plan

Comprehensive Mobility Plan 

The Comprehensive Mobility Plan identifies recommendations necessary to accomplish the City's long-range vision for mobility. The plan considers the potential for all modes of transportation, including commuter transit and commuter rail, freight rail, intra-city transit, walking, biking, and automobile.
