What can I expect when I receive text messages on my smartphone?
When the city sends text alerts, you can expect to receive them from (short code) 38276. Links to website content might also be included in text messages.

Will I also receive National Weather Service (NOAA) alerts?
The system accesses National Weather Service feeds and can also send their notifications. These notifications can be targeted if your location falls within the impact area. Please be sure to select the type of notifications you want to receive from NOAA and verify that the address in your profile is up to date.
