[ARCHIVED] SH6 at US 90A – Traffic Signal Work and Lane Closure

Traffic signals on SH6 at US 90A will not be operational on Saturday, December 14, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Crews will be working on the traffic signal poles (on eastbound US 90A). Police officers will be present to ensure safe traffic flow. A lane reduction on eastbound US 90A near the proximity of the intersection will also take place.

Residents are asked to be mindful of working personnel and police officers, expect traffic delays, and if possible avoid the area to prevent traffic congestion. Visit for more information on Sugar Land’s real-time traffic conditions.
