The City of Sugar Land will be performing construction work to rehabilitate the elevated storage tank in First Colony beginning on Dec. 28, 2015. Work will include the removal of the existing coating, re-painting interior and exterior surfaces, and minor structural repairs.
City staff will work to minimize disturbance to residents during construction. No disruption to water service is anticipated. However, there may be some noise and perhaps dust in windy conditions. We recommend that you park your vehicle inside a garage. We appreciate your patience as we complete this very important rehabilitation work to extend the useful life of the City’s water infrastructure.
