When you dial 3-1-1, your call is answered by a friendly and knowledgeable Sugar Land ambassador. Our ambassadors are always ready to answer any question, or assist with any issue you may have.
Call the same numbers for the city's after-hours answering service. City personnel can be dispatched for urgent requests such as water leaks, traffic signal outages, and debris on the road. For non-urgent matters, messages can be taken for ambassadors to receive the next business day.

311 is a non-emergency service and is not monitored 24/7. In the case of police, fire or medical emergencies, calls will be immediately transferred to 911 for dispatch.
