As an experienced executive with over 30 years in the energy sector and former owner of a home care agency, Jim brings valuable expertise in strategic planning, fiscal responsibility, and community service. His leadership extends beyond business, with a strong history of civic engagement, including serving as VP of his HOA, chairing local nonprofit initiatives, and participating in Sugar Land’s Legislative Task Force.
Jim is a leader who listens, working collaboratively with residents, businesses, and city leaders to address key issues such as mobility, infrastructure, public safety, and sustainable development. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Jim has been married to his high school sweetheart, Janine, for 47 years. They have one son and 2 granddaughters.
