Window Appearance

Your ticket will include an "appear by" date, which is the deadline for resolving your citation. One way to settle the citation by this date is through a window appearance. A window appearance allows you to address the citation without having to go before a judge in a formal court session or handling matters digitally.

During a window appearance, individuals can often handle the following:

  • Pay fines or fees (convenience fees do not apply when paying at the window)
  • Records Requests
  • Apply for defensive driving courses or deferred adjudication
  • Set up payment plans
  • Court Check-in
