Vendor Applications
We are pleased to provide a venue for small, local businesses and a meeting ground for people who want to shop fresh, local products in a fun and inviting atmosphere. Each vendor spot is a 12x12 space and the cost is $25 per market date, paid by cash, check, or credit card no less than 3 days prior to market day.
The market gives priority to farmers, ranchers, and prepared foods. Local artisans and community promotions are highlighted at the market, as space allows. With a few exceptions, if a business concept is already established at the market, there will be a "hold" in that vendor category*. We do, however, encourage everyone to fill out an application, as we are always looking for unique additions to the market!
*At this time, due to the number of existing vendors and the ongoing participation in specific product categories, we are not currently approving applications of the following products: Agriculture (specifically meat, eggs, honey); Processed Foods (specifically coffee, lemonade, tea, salsa products); Baked Goods (includes cookies, cakes/cake pops, cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread); All Arts & Crafts (including but not limited to, jewelry, soap, essential oils, body care, candles, crochet, plushies, apparel, accessories, décor, woodcraft, pottery, and painting products).
We are continuously looking at ways we can further grow our market and will update the above list as needed. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a balanced and diverse vendor offering.
Applications are reviewed and response times to submitted applications can vary, but applications generally take 7-10 days for review. Not all applications will be accepted.
We encourage all potential vendors to closely review state and local laws related to their business ventures before requesting participation in the market. A sales tax ID is required for items listed as Taxable on the Texas Comptrollers website. https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/publications/96-280.php . If you do not have a sales tax ID, you can apply at https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/permit/
