Larysa Chiski is a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) with over 28 years of expertise in financial management, data analysis, budgeting, and public administration.
Larysa Chiski earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from Donetsk National University, Ukraine. Starting her career in the private sector, she dedicated over two decades to roles as a Cost Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Financial Manager.
In 2016, Larysa Chiski transitioned to the public sector, joining the City of Sugar Land Finance Department, and transferred to the Sugar Land Police Department in 2018.
Larysa Chiski is currently assigned to the Special Operations Bureau and is responsible for various financial aspects of the Police Department, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, grant management, procurement, and detailed analysis.
