The City's sidewalk rehabilitation program conducts annual sidewalk condition assessments, which coupled with resident requests, helps identify and prioritize sidewalks for repair or replacement based on the program’s evaluation criteria.  In addition, the 2023 Citizens Satisfaction Survey listed condition of sidewalks as one of the top overall services that should receive the most emphasis over the next two years as well as the bottom three with respect to overall satisfaction with Public Works services.
