City of Sugar Land Zoning App (Currently Under Maintenance)


This app is designed to help those who want information on zoning and property data in Sugar Land. To use this app, you may either search for a property (upper right corner) or use the mouse to zoom into a property you know the location of. When you find the property you are looking for you can use the select tool (upper left corner mouse cursor) to select all layers pertaining to that location. Use the tabs on the left to see the information about Zoning Districts, Parcels, and possible Zoning Cases (CUP's, Variances, and Special Exceptions).

City of Sugar Land Current Development App (Currently Under Maintenance)


This app showcases the plans and permits that the Development Review Committee reviews on a weekly basis at the City of Sugar Land. Included on the map are plans and permits from the last six months. These include New Ground Up Residential Permits, New Ground Up Commercial Permits, Plats, Site Plans, Conditional Use Permits, and Planned Developments.
