Christian Eubanks

Christian is the Environmental Manager and oversees the City’s stormwater and solid waste programs. Christian has been with the City for about two years - prior to this position, he worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as an environmental investigator. He loves to travel and is an avid motorcycle and mountain bike rider.

Mike Samples

Mike is the Environmental Operations Coordinator and handles the day-to-day operations of Solid Waste services. He has been with the City for twelve and a half years and has previously held positions in divisions including Airport, Streets and Drainage, and Fleet. Mike loves to travel, eat Tex-Mex, and spends a lot of his free time on the water fishing.

Sam Okonkwo

Sam is an Environmental Services Inspector and has been with the City for five years. Prior to coming to the City he worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Sam enjoys travelling, exploring new things, and attaining new environmental certifications. He loves healthy eating and can usually be found eating a salad with fish or chicken!

Trey Hudson

Trey is an Environmental Services Inspector and is the newest inspector to our team. Prior to this position, he worked as an Animal Services Officer.
